Ceramic Products | Production Bases - Foshan, Tangshan
The Foshan ceramic production base covers an area of 90,800 square meters, and the Tangshan ceramic production base covers a total area of 108,890 square meters. They are equipped with large-scale production equipment such as a smart one-piece quad-mold high-pressure molding line, high-pressure automated slip-casting lines, automatic circulating glazing lines, robotic glazing arms, tunnel kilns, and shuttle kilns, with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million units.
The Jiangmen bathroom cabinet production base covers an area of 28,000 square meters. It utilizes German HOMAG fully automatic electronic saws, fully automatic PUR edge banding machines, Cefla UV automatic roller coating lines, CNC machining centers, a piano-key type sander, Italian CNC drilling and doweling machines, fully automatic mirror-placing machines, and automated product assembly line. This highly intelligent and mechanized production model has an annual capacity of 400,000 sets.
The Suzhou faucet production base covers an area of 17,150 square meters and features advanced production equipment, including Italian IMR gravity casting equipment, SEIKI CNC machining centers, an imported Spanish automatic polishing machine, a fully automatic electroplating line, and a CPG wastewater treatment system, with an annual capacity of 1 million units.
The Foshan smart product assembly base covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with testing equipment such as vacuum lifts, high/low water pressure testers, product performance testers (A/B), fully automatic packaging machines, vacuum palletizers, and cranes, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 sets.
The Foshan and Zhongshan shower enclosure production bases have a combined area of 10,000 square meters. They are equipped with professional multi-angle profile cutting machines, data milling equipment, glass film applicators, easy-clean glass coating machines, and automatic packaging machines. Staffed by an experienced shower enclosure design and production team, we use a smart custom production management system to ensure stable quality and meet customized and personalized demands.
The Suzhou bathtub production base covers an area of 6,100 square meters and is equipped with advanced equipment such as a Swiss Armour industrial kiln, a Spanish edge trimming machine, and a laser marking machine. This ensures precise workmanship and dimensions, as well as easier and safer operation, with an annual capacity of 60,000 units (sets).
YING has established large-scale logistics bases in Foshan, Tangshan, and Jiangmen. The Foshan logistics warehouse is approximately 10,000 square meters, the Tangshan warehouse is 7,800 square meters, and the Jiangmen warehouse is 12,000 square meters.
