.Prepare Maintenance Tools: Handheld polisher, polishing wax, abrasive wax, vinegar, lint-free cloths, 2-inch polishing pad attachment, descaling cleaner, tool mat, spray bottle, and multi-functional long-handled crevice brush.
.Daily Cleaning: Use a mild descaling detergent and warm water, and spray it on the metal surfaces of the shower column. Then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Next, spray the shower column surface with a spray bottle filled with warm water and wipe it again with a clean cloth. This helps prevent the formation of scale and water spots.
.Use a Neutral Cleaner: For more stubborn stains, you can use a neutral cleaner. Wipe clean with a damp cloth, then apply polishing wax to the metal surfaces and use a polisher with a 2-inch polishing pad to polish and wax.
.Descale Regularly: If the water is hard, scale may accumulate on the metal parts of the shower column. You can spray vinegar onto the surface to dissolve the scale. Then, wipe with a soft cloth and finally rinse with water.
.Clean the showerhead and its nozzles regularly to prevent scale and blockages. You can use vinegar or a descaling cleaner by soaking the showerhead or spraying it, then use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the nozzles.
.Maintain the Handheld Shower: Ensure the connection points of the handheld shower are not leaking or loose. Regularly inspect the shower hose for cracks or aging. If any, replace it promptly.
.Lubricate Regularly: For moving parts like the diverter handle or swivel spout, lubricate them periodically to ensure smooth operation. Use a suitable lubricant or food-grade lubricating oil, but avoid oil-based lubricants as they can attract dirt.
