1. Definition of warranty and warranty period: 1.1. Warranty Period: The warranty period for consumers begins from the date of purchase of YING (Xinle Bathroom) products. The warranty period for each product category is detailed in the warranty period list. 1.2. Warranty Service: Consumers are provided with free warranty service by Xinle Bathroom Company for after-sales services such as repairs and replacement of parts caused by product quality issues, as long as they use and care for the products under normal circumstances within the warranty period. Exemption items: 1. Product failure caused by improper daily use, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized repairs and modifications. 2. Product failures or damages caused by poor user installation. 3. Product failure caused by exceeding the product's usage scope or conditions, such as using a household product for commercial purposes. 4. Due to abnormal environments such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, and other natural disasters and public hazards, as well as issues like unqualified salt solution, voltage, and water pressure (dynamic and static).
2. Definition of outside the warranty period. 2.1.1. Out of warranty: refers to the period during which the product exceeds the free warranty and maintenance time period promised by YING (Xinle Bathroom) Company; 2.1.2. The product is damaged due to improper use, daily maintenance, or storage by the consumer. 2.1.3. Products are damaged due to uncontrollable factors;
3. Definition of costs outside the warranty period: 3.1. Out-of-warranty service: The YING service network provides consumers with after-sales repair and value-added services that exceed the free warranty period or warranty scope. 3.2. The service fee outside the warranty period = travel fee + labor fee + spare parts fee. 3.2.1 Service Fee: The one-way transportation fee incurred from YING service point to the consumer's home. Users within 20 kilometers (including 20 kilometers) are exempt from the service fee. If it exceeds 20 kilometers, the excess will be charged at 1.5 yuan per kilometer (the distance is calculated based on the one-way trip); 3.2.2 Spare Parts Cost: The cost of spare parts replaced for consumers by the YING service outlets during product repairs. The service outlets must not charge consumers for spare parts beyond the fee standards set by YING (Xinle Bathroom) Company. 3.2.3 For the same product repair, when multiple items are repaired, the highest labor cost for a single item will be charged. 3.2.4 The warranty period for spare parts is 90 days.
Service Commitment: 1. The above warranty period is the service commitment warranty period for YING products. After the sale of terminal products, warranty services will be provided to consumers according to the above warranty period. If the product is within the warranty range, users can enjoy free after-sales service; for products beyond the warranty period or those that do not qualify for the free policy due to quality issues of the product itself or human factors during the warranty period, paid services can be offered. 2. Consumers submitting after-sales complaints should provide installation proof, sales proof, and warranty cards. The factory will provide warranty parts according to the above warranty. 3. Alternative services: Within the warranty period, if the product is discontinued or for other special reasons, the YING After-Sales Department has the right to provide consumers with similar style products or components with comparable performance that can be used normally or in conjunction with other products, or to offer relevant solutions.
